Visiting

Are Pets Allowed?

Mill Harbour is a no pets allowed property.  We only make exceptions and accommodations where legally required.

Assigned Parking Spaces?

No, parking is first come first serve.  As we do not have enough parking spaces for all of our units, we have overflow parking on the tennis courts.  Large trucks or vehicles should park close to the entry gate / shop area as our parking lot is primarily designed for smaller vehicles.  Given the parking situation, we recommend reading and adhering to our parking policy.

Units Available for Rent?

Each owner determines if and where they want to list their unit for renting.  We will provide a list of owner provided links, but we cannot speak to any availability or assist with renting a unit.

Buying

What are the Monthly Dues?

Our fees vary some based on square footage and water utilization:

  • Water is charged at $0.06 per gallon. My unit typically uses around 1200 gallons or $72.00 per month.

  • Common charges are presently approximately $465.00 per month for most first and second floor units, third floor will be higher.

  • Common Insurance charges are presently approximately $330.00 per month for most first and second floor units, third floor will be higher.

The average monthly payment is around $850.00

These funds maintain the common areas, water systems, pay for garbage services, etc.

This does not include Cable TV, Internet, Electricity, or any home owner supplemental insurance.
