Mill Harbour is an 86 unit Condominium complex on approximately 5 acres of land. All residential units in this gated community are privately owned with shared common areas being private property maintained by the Association.
Community
We have a mix of full-time residents and renters. Each owner may choose to live in their unit, rent, or use it for vacation rentals. As a residential community, we are different than a resort or hotel. Renters and seasoned island dwellers alike are often found chatting by the pool or enjoying a meal at the restaurant. Mill Harbour has a unique community vibe you won't find somewhere else.
